Who processes your data

The controller is ATG Services SRL, CUI 50268922, Int. Guliver nr. 15, ap. 640, the company behind ModuMaint. You can write to us at office@atgserv.ro.

What we collect on this site

When you join the list: your email address, the page language, the date you signed up and your approximate country based on your connection. Optionally, your role and number of buildings if you choose them in the form. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why, and on what legal basis

We send you a sign-up confirmation, early access, the launch announcement and news about ModuMaint, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or at most 24 months after the last email we sent you, after which the data is deleted.

Who else has access

The site and the subscriber list are hosted by Cloudflare. Resend manages the contacts and sends the emails on our behalf. Both work under a data processing agreement. We never sell or rent addresses.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can object to processing. You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own country.
